Use a soft cloth to clean your hearing aids and to remove grease, moisture, or earwax. It is important to keep your hearing aids away from water and solvents as they can cause damage.

General Care Tips

Clean the receiver tubes and the dome with a damp cloth. You should never use a direct water source when cleaning receiver domes and tubes. Immersing your hearing aids in water or wearing them when you are swimming, showering, or out in heavy rain can cause damage. Always remember not to wear your hearing aids in a sauna or a steam room.
If your hearing aids do get wet, you can let them dry with the battery door open and the battery out.
If you are trying to dry your hearing aids out, put it in a sealed container with a drying agent. Do this overnight, and don't put your hearing aids back in until you know they have dried out.
You should never leave your hearing aids in sunlight or direct heat as they can become overheated. Always try to avoid dropping your hearing aids on a hard floor or surface.
